The Australian Competition and Consumer Commission (ACCC) has issued a fresh warning over a phishing scam that impersonates streaming giant Netflix in an attempt to swipe financial details.
The scam asks users to please update your payment details, below a convincing Netflix email banner.
Were having some trouble with your current billing information. Well try again, but in the meantime, you may want to update your payment details, it adds, followed by a bright red UPDATE ACCOUNT button.
