ACCC drops prosecution of CFMMEU and Canberra boss Jason O’Mara following trade unions royal commission

The construction union has called for an apology after the competition watchdog abandoned the prosecution of the union and its Canberra boss Jason O’Mara on charges which emerged from the trade unions royal commission in 2015.
