Q: Because I snore, Liz and I have slept in different rooms for more than half of our married life. Lately I’ve been waking up feeling lonely, isolated and angry. I know our situation is common, but my emotional needs are not being met, which almost drove me into an affair from which we’re still recovering. I don’t think the proponents of “sleep divorce” realise how damaging it is.
