Mr Forrests Fortescue Metals Group is taking action in the WA Supreme Court that threatens Mineral Resources plan to start producing iron ore in the second half of fiscal 2021.
Fortescue signed a mine gate agreement with AAMC in 2015 that included access to Fortescue infrastructure.
