A prime Brisbane riverside block in Toowong, once the ABC’s headquarters, has been sold by developers Sunland to Consolidated Property Group for $43.5 million.
Key points:
- The former ABC Toowong site was sold in 2013 to developers Sunland, after a cancer cluster on-site
- Sunland’s proposed three-tower “champagne flute” design was rejected in court in 2018
- Developers Consolidated Property Group have now bought the 1.5 hectare site for $43.5 million
