Abandoned Pyrmont Car Park For Sale At Over $310m

A yet to be built commercial building at 21-43 Harris Street, Pyrmont has been placed on the market with an asking price of $310 million plus. 

The vendor, which only purchased the site in July 2018, is 21 Harris Street Pty Ltd. 21 Harris Street is equally owned by James Milligan of Waterloo and QPSC Pty Ltd, which is ultimately controlled by Paul Batchelor and Michelene Hart, both of Mosman, Frank Tearle of Paddington and Justin Epstein of South Coogee.
