When Katie’s second child was six-weeks old, she began hearing a terrifying voice in her head. The voice, which sounded like Gollum from Lord of the Rings, told her to hurt her newborn baby.
“It was a nightmare, I didn’t know what to do,” she said. “I believed what the voice was saying. I believed I was a bad person.”
Katie, 25, was so scared and ashamed she didn’t tell anyone, except her husband who was very supportive.
