A smoky haze from the Fraser Island bushfire was hanging over the Noosa North Shore but wasn’t too thick at the river mouth. Not a bad day with a 4 to 6 knot northerly breeze blowing. A bit sloppy on the bar at times but without much swell it wasn’t an issue. Quite a few boats heading out, making the most of it before tomorrow’s (and beyond) big blow.
