A revamped dusty old-style Queenslander sells for record price

An iconic ‘doll house’ at Chelmer has sold for a whopping multimillion-dollar price following a complete renovation.

The once musky, damp and dusty old-style Queenslander at 115 Honour Ave sold for $2.265m, setting a new sales record for Honour Avenue.
