Christmas for Queen Elizabeth this year will be a return to how the monarch celebrated the festive season in days gone by.
The Queen and members of her family previously spent many Christmases at Windsor Castle, before the festivities were moved to Sandringham House, her country estate in Norfolk, in 1988.
Buckingham Palace has confirmed Her Majesty and Prince Philip will remain at Windsor for the festive season this year, foregoing Christmas and New Year due to the coronavirus pandemic.
