A five-year-old Queensland girl has become the youngest in the world to receive special surgery for a genetic disorder that weakens her eyes, bones and heart.

Grace Moore was diagnosed with Marfan Syndrome when she was just two-years-old and has spent most of her short life in hospital.

Her family is sharing her story to encourage others to donate to Ronald McDonald House Charities Australia – a charity that has been by Grace’s side every step of the way.
