A controversial house in Birtinya featuring three levels, two kitchens and 16 bedrooms with en suites has hit the rental market.

Sunshine Coast Council took the owner to Planning Court, where he was told he wasn’t allowed to rent out individual rooms under zoning laws. The entire house has now been listed on realestate.com.au for $1250 a week.
