The influencer and fitness queen shares son Wolfie, five, and daughter Saskia, four, with her ex Reece Hawkins.
The pair split in 2018 and share custody of their children.
But there was no mention of Hawkins in Hembrows Fathers Day message, who instead opted to point out her single status, alongside a selfie of her posing with Saskia.
