Representation of minority groups is slowly improving in the PC gaming sphere. Speaking as a bisexual journalist engaged to a trans man, its great to see more games featuring LGBTQ+ characters. Now, not all of those characters are necessarily good representation; that is to say, characters that are fetishised, sidelined, abused, or simply harmly stereotypes of the communities they are meant to portray.
