Murray crashes out as Serena storms into third round: US Open wrap – Fox Sports
Aussie Alex de Minaur battled into the third round of the US Open after a four-set win over veteran Frenchamn Richard Gasquet, but it wasn’t great news for countrymen Chris O’Connell and John Millman who both suffered second-round losses on Friday (AEST).
Meanwhile, Andy Murrays injury comeback was ended in brutal fashion at the hands of 15th seed Canadian Felix Auger-Aliassime.
And Serena Williams crushed another opponent to move into the third round and set up a massive clash against a former US Open winner.
