Queen wins legal stoush with former employee – 9Honey

Queen Elizabeth has won a legal battle against a former employee trying to trademark ‘The Royal Butler’ for business purposes.
Grant Harrold, who served as Prince Charles’ butler for six years, now runs an etiquette training business.
He applied to register the name after claiming he’d been given permission to use it by senior members of the Royal Household as part of a settlement agreement when he left his job, which he said he’d been forced out of.
