Bomber blow with young gun likely to miss rest of the season – SEN
Essendon GM of Football Dan Richardson provided an update.
Essendon young gun Andrew McGrath is likely to miss the remainder of the 2020 season with what appears to be a lower level syndesmosis injury.
McGrath sustained the injury just before half-time during Tuesday nights loss to West Coast and ended the match on crutches with ice strapped to his ankle.
The former No.1 draft pick is having an outstanding year through the midfield, averaging 22 disposals and just under five clearances and tackles per match which are career-best numbers.
