Australia’s Caleb Ewan comes from behind and claims victory in a bunched stage three finish of the Tour de France. The stage also sees French rider Anthony Perez crash heavily, breaking his collarbone.

Australia’s Caleb Ewan timed his effort to perfection to win the third stage of the Tour de France in a bunch sprint at the end of a 198 kilometre ride through the Alpine foothills.
- The stage victory is Ewan’s first in the 2020 race
- The Australian won three stages in the 2019 version of the race
- French rider Anthony Perez broke his collarbone when he crashed into his team car, ending his Tour
