Flaws within the structure of tackling Covid-19 will lead to another national lockdown, an infectious disease expert has said.
Dr Jack Lambert, consultant in Medicine and Infectious Diseases at the Mater Hospital wants a review of NPHETs structure as he believes experts to deal with specific outbreaks are not at the decision making table.
