Upcoming League champion Samira abilities data mined from PBE – Dot Esports

Move over Aphelios, theres a new 200 years on the horizon. The 151st champion in League of Legends has had her abilities revealed earlier today. 
Samira, the Desert Rose, is set to be released on the 10.19 update for the PBE, so shell likely arrive in a few weeks. But she was datamined from the files via Surrender at 20, rather than visualized in-game, so players cant test her kit yet.
