Daniel Ricciardo says he wasnt surprised by his near chart-topping time in practice at the Belgian Grand Prix but says he needs to convert that pace in qualifying.
The Renault F1 Team driver was ninth fastest in Free Practice 1 and then went second fastest in Free Practice 2 at Circuit de Spa-Francorchamps.
Max Verstappen topped the times in the latter of the two sessions with a 1:43.744s while Ricciardo was a mere 0.048s adrift in his R.S.20.
