In a surprise reveal, Riot has debuted a brand-new League of Legendschampion named Samira. While most League champions get some kind of fanfare just before their release, Samira only had some vague rose imagery appear before showing up out of the blue on Leagues Public Beta Environment, where Riot tests the games newest champions and changes.
