NBA 2K21’s created players will include women, but not until next generation – Polygon
NBA 2K21 — on PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X, once those consoles launch — will feature women as an option in its created and customizable MyPlayer feature. They will not be in the game on PS4, Xbox One, PC, or Nintendo Switch.

NBA 2K21will, for the first time, include playable, user-created female avatars in its MyPlayer suite of offerings, but the feature wont join the game until the next-generation edition launches for PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X.
