In his first AFL game since Round 9 last year, Daniher on Thursday night played a major role in Essendons stunning 16-point comeback win against Hawthorn, booting 3.3 from 14 disposals and 10 marks.
After a slow start to the match that mirrored his sides output, Daniher showed off all the trademark characteristics the high leap, strong hands, long left-foot kicks and clever snaps that made him one of the AFLs best key forwards at his best.
