ABC defends Grand Final snub after dismal finals ratings – FTBL Australia
An ABC spokesperson has defended the broadcaster’s decision to show the A-League Grand Final on ABCMe due to the forced delay.
Fox Sports’ broadcast sharing deal enforces a two-hour delay on A-League finals matches shown on the free to air network, leading to the ABC showing the Grand Final on third digital station, ABCME.
ABCMe accounts for 0.3% of the total Australian television ratings share.
