Eagles’ shock push to buy final-round home game as WA makes $35m Grand Final bid – Fox Sports
The obstacles in the way of Perth hosting the 2020 AFL Grand Final are starting to fall away, with finals and even a late-season home and away game now in the mix.

West Coast and Port Adelaide are expected to be able to host finals matches in their own states, reports the Herald Sun, pending approval from the WA government.
At the moment, teams that head west must spend a full 14 days in quarantine. If given permission, clubs could leave after seven days – ie flying into the state the week of their game, and flying out afterwards.
