IIT Bombay students discover closest known asteroid to fly by Earth – ClickLancashire
After the detection of asteroid, many more telescopes were placed for immediate investigation to get more information about it. JTF co-investigator Tom Prince said, “Asteroids passed so close to Earth that the Earth’s gravity could change its orbit”.
The 2020 2020 QG, the closest to Earth, passed on Sunday.
