Warriors star gives away penalty ‘never seen before’

New Zealand Warriors’ Jack Murchie had a busy day in his side’s 20-14 win over the Bulldogs, scoring two tries and giving away a very cheeky and rare penalty.
In the second half late in the game, Murchie was making a tackle on Canterbury’s Sauaso Sue.
But as he tugged at Sue’s leg he managed to pull off his boot.
With the boot in his hand as he retreated to get back onside Murchie then nonchalantly chucked it behind him, instantly drawing a reaction from the referee for “misconduct”.
