Popular jockey Josh Parr made a winning return to metropolitan racing at Randwick on Saturday after three months on the sidelines due to injury but one of his winning rides resulted in more time out of the saddle.
Parr rode a double for Warwick Farm trainer Bjorn Baker when saluting aboard Kiss The Bride and Frosty Rocks.
Parr had been out of action since suffering an unusual injury when pulling up after piloting a winner at Warwick Farm on May 13.
