Former Red Hot Chili Peppers guitarist Jack Sherman has died at age 64.
The bands official Instagram released a tribute to Sherman, wishing him smooth sailing into the worlds beyond.
The guitarist played on the bands first album and was part of their first tour across the United States.
He also contributed to their follow-up album Freaky Styley.
We of the RHCP family would like to wish Jack Sherman smooth sailing into the worlds beyond, for he has passed, chilipeppers wrote on Instagram.
