AMP refuses ‘unrestricted’ access to claimant’s harassment report – The Australian Financial Review
Julia Szlakowski has been denied “unrestricted” access to an independent investigation report into her sexual harassment complaint against AMP executive Boe Pahari, law firm Maurice Blackburn says.
Although the David Murray-chaired board agreed to release the report, AMP has proposed that Ms Szlakowski would only be able to view the independent report “under supervision and in a pressured environment”, and would be barred from being able “to take notes or seek proper advice” through the inspection process, according to Maurice Blackburn.
“The regime is unacceptable,” the law firm said.
