Another Docker leaves mid-season as Jason Carter says goodbye, days after drink-driving ban – Fox Sports
Fremantle has seen a second player leave the club while contracted in as many days, with Jason Carter following in Cam McCarthy’s footsteps.
The 20-year-old Carter asked to be released by the Dockers after learning he was not going to be offered a new deal for 2021.
It comes just days after he was handed a club-imposed five-game suspension for drink driving – meaning he would have only been eligible to play in Round 18 this year.
