The average Australian will be thousands of dollars worse off every year if a suitable vaccine isnt delivered within two years.
Thats according to KPMG analysis modelling the economic ramifications of continuous border closures. It found firm travel restrictions would cut $117 billion from Australias economy over the next decade, with the average Australian feeling a $2,856 annual sting.
