Authorities in Victoria have moved to clarify the states existing COVID-19 exercise restrictions, after making a backflip to the rules.
On Wednesday, authorities backflipped on the Stage 4 rule after residents complained it was unreasonable.
Previously, residents could only exercise outdoors near their home as they were not allowed to drive to another location within their 5km area.
