Latest official figures for coronavirus show no new deaths in Midlands hospitals, despite a rise in the infection rate in Birmingham.
NHs England data shows a further five people who had tested positive for Covid-19 have died, bringing the total number of confirmed reported deaths in hospitals in England to 29,465.
Patients were aged between 64 and 86 years old. All had known underlying health conditions. Their families have been informed.
