‘I’m so ready for myself’: The $22 self-help book Adele can’t stop raving about – 9Honey
Earlier this week, 32-year-old singer Adele took to Instagram to gush about a “brain shaking” self-help book, declaring: “I am so ready for myself after reading this book!”
The book she’s referring to is the memoir of a New York Times best-selling American author Glennon Doyle, titled Untamed: Stop Pleasing, Start Living.
The vividly hyperbolic review by the performer instructs readers to “hold on for dear life” and “have a highlighter on hand”.
