The career of Group I winning jockey Adam Hyeronimus is on the ropes after he was slapped with a three-year ban for his role in a betting scandal.
Hyeronimus and his cousin Blake Paine were last month found guilty of placing bets on horses the jockey was riding (twice) as well as a string of bets on horses in races that he wasn’t riding in between 2016 and 2018.
