In a six-minute video posted to social media, Goodrem documents her struggle, revealing it is the story behind her song Paralyzed.
I wanted to share my story and say why I hadnt had music out for so long and why this song and why I wrote it, Goodrem says in the video.
Its been a strange process not actually sharing it straight away but I just didnt know if I was ready yet.
