Business owners in one of Melbourne’s most thriving suburbs fear they are on the brink of closing down for good as talks with their landlords reach a stalemate and the end of the moratorium on evictions looms.
Stavros Konis is frustrated and angry. He does not want to see the restaurant his grandfather bought in 1979 close down on his watch.
