Seven men assisting police after operation at Liverpool in Sydney’s south-west

Seven men are assisting NSW Police with inquiries after authorities received information that a “violent act was possibly being planned”.

Officers from the Tactical Operations Unit conducted an operation on George Street in the south-west Sydney suburb of Liverpool late on Thursday afternoon.
