Queensland hospitals treating five people with e-scooter injuries every day
Five people a day on average are ending up in Queensland hospitals as a result of e-scooter crashes, according to new research.
From January to October this year, 1,608 e-scooter riders ended up in hospital, data collected by the Queensland Injury Surveillance Unit (QISU) shows.
