Five people and puppy rescued from sinking tender off Cape Bowling Green

Five people and a puppy were saved after their small inflatable boat began sinking about 30 nautical miles offshore.

The alarm was raised abound 6.30am when a marine beacon was activated off the coast of Ayr near Cape Bowling Green in Queensland on Thursday morning.
