Townsville man advocates for pancreatic cancer awareness after diagnosis

There were no warning signs before Malcolm Stephens was told he had cancer.

Mr Stephens, 59, had a urinary tract infection, which prompted doctors to send him for a blood test.

Just days later he was diagnosed with pancreatic cancer and later told his life expectancy would be about two years.
