UFO founder and Ozzy Osbourne bass player Pete Way died on August 14. He was 69.
According to a statement posted on his official Facebook page, the iconic English musician died from “life threatening injuries” that he sustained in an accident two months ago and passed way with his wife, Jenny, by his side.
“Pete Way was a much loved and highly regarded figure among rock fans, critics and fellow musicians alike,” read the statement.
