UK coronavirus hospital death toll rises by 13 – with all coming in England – Mirror Online
The tragic figure was released by health authorities as new data reveals six new hotspots across the UK where the number of Covid-19 cases is believed to be rising
Health authorities have confirmed that 13 coronavirus patients have died, bringing the total hospital deaths since the start of the pandemic to 34,076.
All 13 fatalities were in England, with none in Wales, Scotland or Northern Ireland.
It is a slight increase from yesterday’s daily increase of 11, while there were 77 fatalities in all settings.
A week ago eight fatalities were recorded, compared with 14 a fortnight ago.
