Recall alert issued after glass found in jars of popular condiment sold at Coles, Woolworths and IGA

An urgent recall has been issued after shards of glass were found inside a popular pickled jalapenos brand available at major supermarkets in Australia.

The recall was issued on Wednesday for 470g jars of Fehlbergs pickled Sliced Jalapenos Chilli Medley.
