WA lawyers write to attorney-general calling for in-person court hearings to return to remote Balgo
People in the remote community of Balgo are being denied the proper access to justice, the WA Aboriginal Legal Service (ALSWA) says.
It has been nearly two years since the long-term suspension of in-person court sittings and trials began for the East Kimberley community, 3,000km north of Perth.
