Pedestrian struck outside Beenleigh Showgrounds event as teen driver allegedly flees Queensland hit-and-run
A teen driver has been charged over a hit-and-run.
The 17-year-old boy allegedly struck a pedestrian outside the Beenleigh Showgrounds on James St in Beenleigh, about 40min south of Brisbane, about 8.30pm on Friday.
The pedestrian, a 51-year-old Rathdowney man, suffered serious leg injuries.
