British boxer and former world champion Ricky Hatton dies at age 46

British boxer Ricky Hatton has died at age 46, the BBC reported on Sunday.

Hatton was a former world champion boxer and had been due to make a comeback in December this year. 

Known as the Hitman, Hatton won several world titles and was the man who ended Kostya Tszyu’s unbeaten run in 2005.
