Man in hospital after being run over while sleeping at Robe River Rodeo

The 30th anniversary of Robe River Rodeo was marred by a 18-year-old man being run over while sleeping in his swag in the early hours of Sunday morning.

The event is held annually in the closed mining town of Pannawonica, about 1,400 kilometres north of Perth.
